Gaming Realms signs games distribution deal with Relax Gaming

Gaming Realms said its Slingo casino game will go live with Relax Gaming in the “coming weeks”.

Gaming Realms PLC has signed a games distribution agreement with online gambling platform provider Relax Gaming Group.

Gaming Realms said its Slingo casino game will go live with Relax Gaming in the “coming weeks” as part of the three-year deal.

Gaming Realms will receive a share of the revenue generated from gaming operators adopting Slingo games through Relax Gaming’s distribution platform.

The Relax Gaming platform provides access to more than 350 casino brands.

“Relax Gaming has built a platform that is growing its international reach and has excellent distribution into the Nordic region, where there is a large gaming market,” said Gaming Realms chief executive Patrick Southon.

“This will give us access to a new audience of gaming sites and opens up a large market for our Slingo content, which continues to grow in popularity.

“This agreement, in addition to that recently signed with Scientific Games, aligns with our strategy of focusing on games development and licensing.”

Gaming Realms’ commercial director discusses significant SG Digital deal

Gaming Realms PLC’s (LON:GMR) commercial director Nicola Longmuir chats to Proactive London’s Andrew Scott after announcing that their Slingo Originals mobile games are to be distributed through one of the industry’s largest content aggregation platforms.

They’ve struck a 3-year deal with Scientific Games Corporation’s (NASDAQ:SGMS) Digital Group.

Under the terms of the tie-up, all 29 Slingo Originals games, as well as others which are expected to launch throughout 2019, will be distributed to over 200 operators around the world via SG Digital’s opening gaming system platform.

Gaming Realms enters new deal to sells its real money gaming platform

Patrick Southon, chief executive of Gaming Realms PLC (LON:GMR), talks Proactive London’s Andrew Scott through a new agreement they’ve signed to sell the company’s real money gaming operating subsidiary for £11.5mln.

The cash consideration for these transactions will include the settlement of the contracted deferred consideration of £4.2mln owed by River UK Casino to the group, due in October 2020.

Gaming Realms will retain the Slingo brand and slingo.com intellectual property (IP).

Gaming Realms signs 3-year Sublicensing Deal with Scientific Games Digital to Develop New Slingo MONOPOLY game

Gaming Realms PLC (AIM: GMR), (“Gaming Realms”, the “Company” or the “Group”) a developer, publisher and licensor of mobile real money and social games, is pleased to announce that it has signed a three-year sublicensing deal with Scientific Games Digital, a leading online gaming, sports and iLottery business and licensee of the MONOPOLY brand rights for the online gaming space.

Under the terms of the agreement, Gaming Realms will develop and publish the new real money game, Slingo MONOPOLY. The exciting and unique format is set to launch globally in early 2019 across Gaming Realms’ existing Slingo B2C and B2B channels, as well as through its distribution channel of operators and third-party sites.

Distribution Agreement with Endemol Shine Group

Under the terms of the agreement, the distribution of Deal or No Deal Slingo, which has been live on Gaming Realms’ Slingo B2C sites for two years, will expand to include the Group’s network of B2B operators across the UK, EU and USA.

Gaming Realms to Host Scandinavian Online Casino

Gaming Realms plc (AIM: GMR), the developer, publisher and licensor of mobile real money and social games, is pleased to announce that its B2B software division, Alchemy Bet, has signed a gaming platform deal with River Game Operations, a subsidiary of River iGaming, the Norwegian listed real money gaming company.

The agreement, which includes a revenue share arrangement, will see Alchemy Bet help to launch River Game Operations’ new casino brand, Casonic, in the Scandinavian market, which will be hosted on Gaming Realms’ proprietary gaming platform, Grizzly. The new multi-language gaming site will accept and pay out in a number of different currencies, with payments operated by Entercash, which allows players to register direct from their online banking account. Casonic is expected to launch before the end of the year.

This agreement marks an extension of Gaming Realms’ relationship with River iGaming, following the acquisition of a number of Gaming Realms’ B2C sites and associated business by River UK Casino, a UK subsidiary of River iGaming.

Worldwide licensing agreement with GVC Holdings

Gaming Realms plc (AIM: GMR), the developer, publisher and licensor of mobile real money and social games, announces that it has signed a two-year licensing and revenue share agreement with GVC Holdings to roll out its “Slingo Originals” content worldwide.

Under the terms of the agreement, GVC Holdings will distribute Gaming Realms’ Slingo Originals content across all of its sites and have a six-week exclusive period of hosting Gaming Realms’ new ‘BlackJack X-Change’ casino game.

The agreement follows the announcement made in July 2017 that GVC Holdings would be distributing the Company’s Slingo Originals portfolio of games in New Jersey, USA.
