Can you talk us through the game’s bonus features, is there a particular one that you think stands out the most?
I have to say, collaborating with WMG (The brand owners) was an absolute blast! Their IP is bursting with charm, and diving into their world was a real treat for our team. The beloved Chicken and Fox take center stage in the bonus features, adding a playful and compelling twist to the game. Our goal was to create a classic Slingo experience, and we succeeded by blending it with the iconic Fowl Play slot and the much-loved Egg Pick Bonus.
But we didn’t stop there. We wanted to expand the story, and WMG was fully on board with us introducing a brand-new Jackpot game. In this feature, a special egg is stolen by the mischievous fox, leading to a hilarious chicken retaliation. Players get the chance to join in on the fun and help the chickens launch the fox over hills and fields in a thrilling jackpot feature called “Flick a Fox”!
This addition doesn’t just stand out—it ties Slingo and Fowl Play together beautifully by bringing in a jackpot element that plays off the game’s most iconic characters. Is there a particular Slingo title that has performed exceptionally well with Italian players, and why do you think has it performed so well?
Slingo Da Vinci Diamonds is one the games that performed well during the years we are live in the market. Both mechanics and the famous title kept the Slingo players engaged in the Game. Slingo Golden Envelope our original title performed extremely well in the market together with Slingo China Shore. Here the oriental theme and the possibility to mix the Slingo mechanic to the bonus experience really drove a lot of traffic.
What new Slingo titles can Italian players expect throughout the rest of 2024?
Definitely the biggest news for Italy is Slingo Fowl Play, however towards the end of the year Slingo Journey of Asgard will also be launched in the market together with a few Christmas titles.
