Junior Account Executive [NORAM]

Reporting to the Director of Partnerships and working closely with B2B Partners & internal departments. The primary focus of the role will be to take responsibility for managing and growing B2B accounts across North American markets which contribute to Gaming Realms revenue targets. 

This is a great opportunity for someone that is new to Account Management who can demonstrate strong relationship building and acumen. The successful candidate will join a growing business to support the continued business success and growth.

It is a US or Canada based role fully working from home.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with B2B partners and accounts 
  • Ascertain understanding of key account requirements to support partners
  • Coordinate and manage communications between partners and internal teams
  • Produce account performance reports from GMR BI tool (Tableau)
  • Using data, optimise content performance access assigned accounts
  • Communication of product and games roadmap to partners
  • Evaluate and identify opportunities to grow share of client’s wallet through up-selling and cross-selling GMR suite of gaming products. 
  • Work with key partners to manage ongoing marketing plans
  • Work closely with the Delivery team on the full cycle of onboarding new partners, new integrations and getting games live.     
  • Host regular account meetings with partners on marketing, performance, new content, platform improvements and expanding relationships 
  • Supporting B2B commercial team as required on pitches, market research etc 
  • Leverage experience and knowledge from wider commercial team to help develop personal goals
  • Domestic and international travel required to attend trade events and to meet with partners

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years gambling industry experience 
  • Self-motivated with Account Management and/or strong customer operations background 
  • Ability to build long-lasting business relationships with stakeholders across a number of levels
  • Demonstrate an ability to follow through on actions
  • Analytical skills with a willingness to learn 
  • High-level of organizational skills
  • Being exceptionally customer-focused
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
