Licensing deal with Sony Pictures Television

Gaming Realms plc (AIM: GMR), the developer, publisher and licensor of mobile real money and social games, is pleased to announce that it has signed a three-year licensing deal with Sony Pictures Television (SPT). The deal will see Gaming Realms create and host the new gaming website on its proprietary platform following the successful return of ‘Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?’ in the United Kingdom.

The new site went live in tandem with the return of ‘Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?’ on ITV, marking the 20th anniversary of SPT’s hit global game show. The deal will also see the creation and launch of a Slingo game format of ‘Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?’ later this summer.

Games development and licensing agreement with ITV

Gaming Realms plc (AIM: GMR), the developer, publisher and licensor of mobile real money and social games, is pleased to announce that it has signed a multi-show game licensing agreement with ITV.

The agreement, which follows on from the success of the site launched in Summer 2017, will be initially based around the television shows Dancing on Ice, The Only Way is Essex and Hell’s Kitchen.

The new games will be hosted on Gaming Realms’ proprietary platform under the umbrella brand, as well as licensed to 3rd party operators as part of Gaming Realms’ ‘Slingo Originals’ licensed content model.

Slingo launched on Ladbrokes Coral gaming sites

Gaming Realms plc (AIM: GMR), the developer, publisher and licensor of mobile real money and social games, is pleased to announce that its “Slingo Originals” content has launched on a number of Ladbrokes Coral gaming sites. The games have been launched through aggregator platform, Gameiom, with whom Gaming Realms has a third-party distribution contract. Gaming Realms will receive a share of the gaming revenues generated by the Slingo games featuring on Ladrokes Coral gaming sites.

“Slingo Originals” games Slingo Riches and Pigasus Slot have launched initially on Gala Spins & Gala Bingo sites, while additionally Slingo Rainbow Riches will be exclusive for two months on Gala Spins. As part of the agreement, the “Slingo Originals” portfolio will be rolled out over the coming months across other Ladbrokes Coral brands including, Gala Bingo, Gala Casino, Ladbrokes and Coral.

Licensing agreement with Golden Nugget Casino

Gaming Realms plc (AIM: GMR), the developer, publisher and licensor of mobile real money and social games, announces that it has signed a two-year licensing and revenue share agreement with New Jersey based online casino,, to launch its “Slingo Originals” content.

Under the terms of the agreement, Gaming Realms has launched seven popular “Slingo Originals” titles on the Golden Nugget website, including the acclaimed Slingo games, Slingo Riches and Slingo Extreme. New games titles will also be rolled out over the coming months.

In 2017, Golden Nugget Casino held a 30% share of the New Jersey online gaming market, making it the largest operator in New Jersey.

3-year licensing agreement with 888 Holdings

Gaming Realms plc (AIM: GMR), the developer, publisher and licensor of mobile real money and social games, is pleased to announce that it has signed a three-year licensing and revenue share agreement with 888 Holdings Plc (888), involving the distribution of new “Slingo Originals” content.

Under the terms of the agreement, 888 will host new Slingo games on its “Dragonfish” B2B platform, distributing across 200+ bingo sites. The new games include Slingo Xxxtreme and Slingo Reel Extreme, with a number of other new games due be rolled out over the next 12 months.

Partnership agreement with the Health Lottery

Gaming Realms plc (AIM: GMR), the developer, publisher and licensor of mobile real money and social games, is pleased to announce that it has signed a partnership agreement with the Health Lottery.

Gaming Realms will become an instant game partner to the Health Lottery and also develop and launch ‘Health Games’, a new B2C gaming site, which will be based on Gaming Realms’ proprietary gaming platform. The long-term partnership will be based on revenue share. The Health Lottery, which is operated by Northern & Shell, is one of the most recognisable brands in the UK, with hundreds of thousands weekly customers both online and in retail.

Deferment of payment to RealNetworks

Gaming Realms plc (GMR.L), the developer, publisher and licensor of mobile real money and social games, today announces a trading update for the six months to 30 June and the deferment of its payment to RealNetworks Inc. (“RealNetworks”) until December 2017.


Trading update for the six-month period ended 30 June 2017 is outlined below. The Company is on track to deliver a result in line with the Board’s expectations for the year as a whole.

Gaming Realms entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement with RealNetworks Inc. dated 10th August 2015, which provided for a final payment to RealNetworks of $4m by 10th August 2017. The company is pleased to announce that this agreement has now been amended to provide for a final payment of $4.5m to be made to RealNetworks by 15th December 2017, and Gaming Realms will be negotiating suitable longer term debt financing to settle this sum in advance of this date.


With the H1 2017 adjusted EBITDA loss significantly reduced to £0.9m, the Board remains confident in its strategy and is on track to achieve the Board’s expectations for the year as a whole. The Board anticipates the Company will achieve significant positive EBITDA in the second half of the financial year with increased revenues, seasonal marketing costs reduced, and a full period of benefits from the integration of the social business. To support this growth, the Company anticipates raising approximately £1m from investors in the relatively short term

Launch of Love Island Games

Gaming Realms, who develop, publish and license next-generation mobile gaming content is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with ITV Commerce & Ventures and Storm Games to build and operate new gaming products based on the ITV Studios show, Love Island.

Games will be developed by both Gaming Realms & Storm Games and will take on the branding of the Love Island show. The games will be hosted on Gaming Realms’ award winning mobile gaming platform.

The games service will be available at and will see new Love Island themed games added to the offering over the coming weeks. ‘Love Island’, is a highly successful interactive reality dating show, where a group of singles spend seven weeks living in a luxury villa looking for fun, romance and love in the sun.

Slingo Original Games Portfolio Licensed and to be Launched Imminently in New Jersey, USA

Gaming Realms plc, the owner and developer of Slingo, today announces its first B2B content licensing deals for its Slingo Original portfolio of games.

Having already received a transactional waiver from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement in 2016, and following the success of its Slingo portfolio of games in the UK, GMR has signed agreements with several operators to bring its proprietary game library to the regulated New Jersey market via its own Remote Game Server (RGS).

New Jersey’s online gambling market continues to show strong growth. March 2017 was a record month for the state, with 2017 Q1 internet gaming revenues up 32% year on year to $59m.

Gaming Realms has entered into agreements to supply its award-winning games initially to Resorts Digital Gaming, Caesars Interactive Entertainment, and Pala Interactive and expects to launch May 2017.
