Account Executive (North America)

OVERVIEW OF ROLE

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to support the growth and retention of our Slingo and slot games across the North American market. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fast-paced world of iGaming, and who thrives on building client relationships, identifying commercial opportunities, and ensuring operational excellence..

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of operators, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term engagement, organising and chairing regular account meetings with partners on marketing, performance, new content, platform improvements and expanding relationships
  • Sales Growth & Revenue Generation: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts; contribute to meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Onboarding & Integration: Support new client onboarding, liaising with internal teams (product, compliance, tech, marketing) to ensure smooth launches.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track client KPIs and campaign performance, proactively addressing underperformance and identifying ways to optimise.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay current on North American gambling regulations, competitive trends, and player behavior to support in remaining compliant and competitive.
  • Reporting: Deliver regular performance and strategic review presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure clients receive excellent support and service.
  • Maintenance: Delivery of internal systems and processes for game launches, regulatory requirements and Operator requests.

ABOUT YOU   

  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within online gambling, digital media, ad tech, or fintech.
  • Proven success in managing commercial accounts, increasing revenues, and building long-term client relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Monday) and data platforms (e.g. Tableau, Excel).
  • Strong analytical skills or keen interest and willingness to learn
  • Excellent Interpersonal relationship skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Being exceptionally customer-focused
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working within the North American iGaming industry alongside exposure to regulatory bodies such as the NJDGE, PA Gaming Control Board, or others and knowledge of the North American online gambling landscape, including key operators, platforms, and regulatory frameworks, is preferred.
